Fix your website by doing this today

I want to tell you about something that you can do to your website to make it way more effective.

I see a lot of client websites when I start working with them and there’s basically one change we do for all of them that you can implement that today.

What most people do is that they make a website and you make it all about you, which is obviously fine (it is your website you can put on there what you want to put on there).

But people start talking about themselves and what they do and who they are.

In fact most websites start with a big logo and then the name of the company. But that’s a little odd because they know which website they are on because they just typed it in or they clicked on it on google.

We shouldn’t be telling them the name first, we should be telling them what we can do for them; like what is our business, what are we good at, what do we do better than the competition.

So someone that lands on the website immediately has to know, this is what I’m supposed to do here or this is what these people do.

So instead of saying ‘ACME Plumbers’ with a big ACME logo on there. You say ‘ Your plumbing serviced in London within 24 hours guaranteed’.

I promise you that’s going to make every statistic on your website go up, because immediately you tell me - yes , this is what I’m supposed to do, this is what I’m looking for.

It’s crystal clear. There’s no static, it’s clear what we’re doing here.

So start the website telling me what you do, what you do that better than your competition and every stat will go up. Promise you.
