It’s like running a race with one leg tied behind your back, must be quite painful having one leg tied behind your back.

Anyway, you make it clear because there’s trust built in. If they know that you are from a certain place and you’re in that place (you actually do business there). 


There’s in built trust in that where if you screw people over on a massive scale, you wont be in business there for long, right. 


Because I see a lot of people pretending that they’re not local, they want to pretend that they’re a national company with national offices and multiple phone numbers like a huge corporation. 


And I think that’s one of the worst things you can do, it makes it clear that you could screw them over and it would have no recourse because they’re not local.

 I see people using AI pictures as their staff and I think that’s the dumbest possible thing you could do. 


 We want to do business with real people and we want to have real recourse if something   goes wrong and real people build trust. 

  So do more of that and do less of the corporate rubbish.
